What we collect
Store and account details you provide (name, email, store URL, billing contact), product and policy content you connect so the agent can answer questions, and conversation transcripts between the agent and your shoppers, including any details a shopper chooses to share.
How we use it
To run and improve your agent, attribute recovered revenue in your dashboard, provide support, and send service communications. We do not sell your data and we do not use your customer data to train public models.
Legal basis and consent
Where required, we process personal data to perform our contract with you, to meet legal obligations, or on the basis of your legitimate interests in operating your store. You are responsible for the notices and consent shown to your own shoppers.
Subprocessors and integrations
We rely on third parties for hosting, model inference, analytics and payment processing. These providers process data only to deliver our service under contract. A current list is available on request.
Security
Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is scoped per store with least-privilege API keys and limited to staff who need it for support or operations.
Retention and deletion
Conversation and account data is retained for as long as your account is active. On cancellation, or on written request, we delete or anonymise your data within 30 days unless we must keep records to meet legal or accounting obligations.
